I have this problem when people tell you to dream big. It’s because when you dream big, you’re always trying to achieve something better than where you are and what you have.
On April 1st I embarked on a new eating journey…no joke. My decision to eat a high raw diet was based on the fact that my health was tanking even though I was eating a healthy whole foods diet.
But with the persistent hot flashes and estrogen dominance seemingly controlling every system in my body, I knew I had to do something.
“In recent months, several of the most prominent vegan YouTubers have announced they are eating animal products, setting off a torrent of online outrage and abuse…”
“I’ve been vegan for a long time and I think a part of me wanted to believe in this diet so much—because I had such a strong ethical connection to it—that I was turning a blind eye to my problems and to the severity of my health issues,” Bonny Rebecca said in the video. “This was a huge slap in the face for me.”
I have mentioned this several times this year about people going through an identity crisis.
When you make a major change in your life, like a move to a new location, you may feel absolutely wonderful at first that you finally got to move. You’re happy, upbeat and certain that anything is now possible.
Yet shortly after you’ve made the move it’s like the happiness wears off and then you wonder if it was the right decision or not. You start to question everything. You may even feel depressed.
This is an energy transition period which can be best explained like this…

I just read this article titled “Grift the Pain Away” by Kristen Martin in The Baffler on Anthony William, aka the Medical Medium.
The story was more or less about how Mr. William earns his living based on health related information he receives from spirit. Ms. Martin refers to his advice as “snake oil” because of one example…a 71 year old woman wasn’t sick then got sick after heeding his advice.
I’ve decided to join Pinterest as I venture into new recipes that help create and restore energy balance, fuel and heal the body.
My thinking was if I tried a recipe and liked it, then you could easily use the same recipes. Although, I must say that I am one that likes to tweak it to make it my own.
